I've worked in senior housing management for 5+ years in several capacities. Day to day I currently manage the operations and quality of care of a 35-bed assisted living. I love my residents and I treat them like family, because they are. I am starting my graduate degree in the Fall and will be cutting back to a part-time job to make more time for continuing my education. I've love to be able to continue caring for the elderly, so here I am!
