Joy is absolutely AMAZING. She is a fantastic communicator-always clear, thoughtful, and responsive. Her work ethic is unparalleled; she's not just diligent, but also conscientious in every task. Joy has a unique ability to anticipate needs and go beyond what is expected, always looking for additional ways to be of help. She's worth every penny and more! In today's world, it's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about others, and Joy is a true gem. She has gone above and beyond in caring for my son, who has life-threatening food allergies. While many people find the additional precautions inconvenient, Joy genuinely embraces the challenge, always looking for ways to ensure his safety and comfort. Whether it's carefully preparing meals or taking extra steps to accommodate his needs, she approaches it with such positivity and dedication. Her attention to detail is incredible— she doesn't just meet expectations, she exceeds them in every way. Joy's kindness and care have made an incredible difference in our lives, and I can't express enough how grateful we are to have her. 10/10 recommend.
