I am looking for temporary work as a sitter or caregiver for disabled kids, most of my experience is autism related. I work full time at a day treatment facility/ school program for kids with disabilities and behavioral issues. As a Teaching Assistant/paraprofessional I am responsible for helping students with classwork, encouraging kids to make safer decisions and reporting back to each student's treatment team. I'm looking for something part time, after school. Prior to this I was a home health aid and took care of a 10-year-old that was on the spectrum. I helped with meal prep, coordinating with therapists/caregivers and assisted with activities of daily living.
