I'm a caregiver with 11 years of experience, and I'm dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children of all ages. My passion for child development and my desire to make a positive impact on children's lives drew me to this field. I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and I strive to support their growth and development in every way I can. I'm known for my patience, creativity, and friendly nature. I believe that open communication is key to building strong relationships with parents, so I make sure to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I believe that consistency is important for children. When it comes to activities, I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also comfortable caring for up to four children at a time.
