I have over 10 years experience in child care; I have worked as a pre-school teacher, nanny, children's entertainer, and a facilitator for after-school and summer programs. Joy is so amazing with our son, who is now 2.5. She's got an early childhood education background and I notice L is super engaged with Joy - she's not just a passive caregiver. She's reliable, great at communication, on time, and has been a great fit for our family.
