Childcare Experience & Childcare Philosophy: I have always loved kids. I have worked in many ways as a childcare provider: a daycare lead teacher, I worked for 3 years as a full time nanny to 1 yr old twins and part time nanny for other families. I've cared for children up to 13 years. I love to help children's brains absorb new ideas and grow through reading and crafts. My 10 years of experience, coupled with certifications in First Aid and CPR in infant, allows me to provide a safe and nurturing environment. I also have my CDA( child's development associates) and ECE( early childhood education). My patient, calm, and creative personality ables me to connect with children and engage them in various activities that promote learning and fun. From games to educational puzzles and board games, I believe that communication is key to building a trusting relationship with parents. I provide written daily reports, have verbal conversations and offer regular updates via text or phone calls.
