Hi, I'm 64 nonsmoker and have worked 40 years caring for children. I also, worked 3 years with senior care. I enjoyed spending my time visiting with and helping elderly women with daily tasks. Preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, showers and dressing, outings to the store, hairdressers, restaurants, or wherever they wish to go. The best part though was just getting to know them, their life story maybe playing games or reading to them. I am not comfortable doing heavy lifting such as getting them out of bed or on and off the toilet. I do have a CPR first aid training certificate. If you are looking for a fun, easy going companion I'm your lady.
