I'm trained in how to safely transfer the person if there is a mobility issue as well as making sure their environment is safe. (Falling is a major concern for me). Finally, I have experience with caring for individuals with "Functional" Dementia, assisting them with dressing, bathing, preparing meals, and mild exercise. My best asset is I'm a very good conversationalist and absolutely enjoy knowing everything g about my patient. ( and they usually enjoy telling me). Finally, I'm fun and comfortable to be around.
