The best way to sum up Joyce's services is that she cleans my house the way I would clean my house. She doesn't cut corners or do anything haphazardly. I feel like she really understands that she is helping me maintain my home. The thing I like most about Joyce is that she doesn't get defensive if I ask her to do something differently or ask her if she's seen something I can't find, that is, she doesn't take anything as an accusation or a deficiency. I feel fortunate to have her helping me out, and my greatest fear is that she'll get too busy to keep me on her schedule!
