About Joyce

As a childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My prior babysitting roles have reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. Patience and creativity define my approach, and I foster a friendly environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore their imaginations. When it comes to communicating with parents, I adapt to their preferred method, ensuring open and consistent dialogue about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured environment. I enjoy engaging children in educational games and activities, including board games, puzzles, and crafts. I am open for summer 2025 June 1 through mid August. I am a teacher's aide full time during the school year.
