About Joyce

My name is Joyce and I am a mom of 3 and have worked in childcare for 10 years. My work includes schools and camps with children from the ages of 3 to 13 years old and childcare with children from the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years old. Over these years, I have furthered my education in childcare through trainings on safety procedures and preventing child abuse. I am also certified in First Aid and CPR, and I am currently completing my Level 1 and 2 certifications for Early Childhood Care and Education. My goal in working with children is to create a safe and loving environment. I use positive reinforcement to help build a child's self-esteem and to motivate them to continue to choose good behavior. I have done everything from making playdoh and slime to teaching reading and writing. I use activities and crafts that will be fun and will create an exciting learning experience. I can assure you that your children will be in experienced, safe, and loving hands.
