Joyce came into our lives a year and a half ago. She started when my daughter was just 3 weeks old and my son who is on the autism spectrum was 20 months old. Joyce impressed me from the moment she walked through the door, and has never let me down since that first day. I always call her my Mary Poppins. Joyce is very fond of babies and small children and they immediately gravitate towards her and very quickly form a special bond. Joyce likes to play with the children, sing songs, read books and take them to the park or just for a stroll. There is always joy and laughter in my house when Joyce is around, and she also has a natural teaching spirit. Joyce has implemented some great initiatives since she started with us, like hand washing and taking off shoes when you enter the home, she is always concerned about the hygiene and cleanliness of the children. Other than taking great care of my two children, Joyce has taken care of me as well. Joyce will always be part of our family
