About Josiphina

Hello there, My name is Josiphina. I am 27 soon to be 28 I am a mom of 4 children 11, 10, 8& 6years old. I have about 14 years plus child care experience, caring for children in and outside of family. I am comfortable caring for multiple children at a time, as well as special needs kids. I at the age of 21 had a son born with a rare heart disease along with many other health issues while being a mom to my daughter who at the time was 2years old which put me in the most easiest and most difficult situations, leaving me to improve in areas such as communication, multitasking, patience, crisis management, adaptability, supervising and emotional intelligence skills. I am very reliable, trustworthy, loving, caring, and independent. I treat care for and love every kid as if they are my own. I love to express emotion and creativity through arts and crafts, I also love, outdoor play, long drives, music, movies, and walks. I am very organized and well planned person.
