About Josie

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My creative and friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and make their time with me enjoyable and educational. I believe in open communication with parents and prefer the method they are most comfortable with, whether it's verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for children. My experience includes caring for one child at a time, and multiple children with various special needs at summer camp and I am happy to help with various tasks, including cooking and meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I have completed coursework in child development and am certified in First Aid and CPR Training. I am also fluent in both Chinese and English.
