Hi! I have been working and taking care of children for 10 years now and have made a career from it. I am a 4th grade elementary school teacher who received all educational degrees from California. I have taken care of babies, elementary school age, and middle school-age children. I love making kids smile and laugh while also teaching them how to grow up into responsible and successful human beings. My goal while looking after kids is to make sure they are having fun, but also being safe at the same time. I feel like laughing and smiling can make any new experience a little bit more comfortable especially when kids are introduced to new caregivers. I love art & crafts while also going outside to experience the sunshine while having fun. Josie was a nanny to my 6 month old daughter and was with us for almost 2 years. She is amazing with kids of any age. Josie is dependable, communicates well, and is very responsible. She is conscientious of the child and household and is always present with the child (playing, doing art, going to the park). I can’t say enough good things about Josie, I’d recommend her for any nanny or child sitting job!
