About Josie

Hi! I count myself blessed as being one to discover my gifts at a young age, which is working with children. I worked in my church nursery for many years, which I believe helped foster my love for children. As I got older, I decided this was the career I wanted to pursue. I recently graduated from Indiana Wesleyan with a degree in Elementary Education. Right now, I teach 7th Grade English at a school in my hometown. During my time in college, I worked at a daycare for the four years I was there. At the daycare, I worked in the infant room, so I have a lot of experience with babies. When I am not teaching, I have a few families that I care for a few times during the week. My favorite thing about being a nanny has been the relationships I have built with my families. They have become family to me. I have been able to be apart of their lives for many years and have had the privilege of watching their kids grow! I have loved being someone who has helped foster their growth.
