Hi all, I'm Josh and I was born and raised in Colorado, knowing and loving our state. My professional childcare career kicked off in 2020 thanks to the Covid pandemic. I have since worked with two amazing families who entrusted their children into my care. One with three children (9 months - 4 years old at start of my care) and the other with twins, 6 months at the start. And though I still see them when I can, I'm ready to find another great family to team up with! I have a calm and direct approach when I communicate with any child, giving them my utmost respect and attention. I'm gentle but not permissive, setting appropriate boundaries without restricting creativity. With a goal to become friends and have as much fun as we can!
