About Josephine

My name is Josephine/Jojo. Caring for the elderly has been a great experience. I have been a caregiver/ CNA for 20 years. I worked in facilities for 8 years and decided to move on to full-time home care. I took care of many elderly with conditions such as Alzheimer, early dementia, diabetes, Parkinson, cancer, ALS, and more. My duties were dressing, transferring from bed to wheelchair, showers/baths, hair and mouth care, feeding, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and more. My first in home care lasted for 9 years. He had diabetes. I did his laundry, showers, and all personal care. I remember caring for a wonderful lady who had Alzheimer. She had a great sense of humor.
