I'm looking for a family who needs either full time or part time care. I can go to your home or you could drop off at my home (north San Jose). I'm open to preschool pick up and my availability could be flexible / evening hours may be possible. I'm a fun but firm babysitter, crunchy, and Christian, looking for a like minded family. I generally love taking kids out and about to libraries and parks. I've babysat on and off since I was 14, have been a live-in nanny, and was with a family full time with a 1 and 2-year-old for a few years after college. I'm comfortable with all ages. I just gave birth to my first daughter in September and am looking for a family that doesn't mind her being with me and or a family who is looking to have their child with another kid, but not in a daycare setting. This could work well for a 3 or 4-year-old girl, for example, who likes babies and would enjoy being around a baby all day. I'm looking to start in February and she will be 6 months old then.

The only downside to hiring Jo is no one will ever "fill her shoes". She is a warm, wonderful highly dependable, compassionate young woman. She stayed in my home (and fixed a few items!), watched my daughter and dog. The star rating does not cover what a fine young woman she is.
