Hi there! Aside from my career in tech, I've spent the past 14 years caring for kids, and I genuinely love it. It's so rewarding to watch them grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I'm calm, patient, creative, and always ready to jump into a game of tag, solve a puzzle, or build the world's tallest block tower. I've had wonderful experiences with past families and I'm all about making a positive, lasting impact in a child's life. When it comes to rules and routines, I follow the parents' lead. I'm happy to communicate however works for you-quick texts, phone updates, or chatting at pickup time. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and can lend a hand with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, and travel. I've taken early childhood development courses and I'm CPR and First Aid certified for peace of mind. Josie has been an absolute blessing for our family. We are a family with 3 kids and it is no small task, but she handles it with patience, kindness, and humor. From the very start, she connected with each of my kids, understanding their personalities, needs, and routines. Whether it’s homework help, playing games, or light meal prep, Josie has always been able to step in and help a very busy SAHM. My kids adore her and are always excited when the weekend ends so they can see her next. We’re incredibly lucky to have found her!!
