(At this time, I am available for occasional date-night sitting only) In addition to raising two children of my own, I have been involved with children and children's programs for the past 15+ years, working with children of all ages. For the past 20 years, I have been involved in developing toys for children with special needs and nicu rooms. I am knowledgeable in child development and I encourage physical and cognitive growth through play and positive reinforcement. I am fluent in American Sign Language and can help teach your child to communicate and interact at a very young age. I cannot think of anything more satisfying than caring for and nurturing children and watching them grow, learn and mature with the seeds you have planted. For the past 12 years, I have been nannying for a wonderful family with three children starting when the first was 5 months old. I am currently available for date-night sitting.

I highly, highly recommend Josephine. From day one, it felt as though we had known her for a long time. She does an excellent job of reading the family she is working with and meeting their needs. Her professionalism is evident from the beginning. Our son (two years old) is still attached to her and squeals in delight when she comes by for occasional babysitting. She was never late and always reliable. She knew exactly what our son needed and met his energy level perfectly. She was also able to feed our very picky son and even helped us figure out what he likes to eat. We love for our caregiver to take our kids out for different kinds of outings and she did just that. She regularly took our son to the library, the park and other places to keep him active and engaged in the world around him. She is an ideal caregiver and you will not regret contacting her! Michelle
