About Josephine

Hi! I'm Josephine and I am currently finishing up my bachelors in psychology from KSU (concentrating on child psych!) I'm currently based in Akron, but I have a reliable car and am willing to travel up to 30 minutes for my commute! I am very passionate about working with kids - especially being able to help them do creative things! I love art, crafts, music, hiking, reading, playing instruments, etc.! I have 2 years of experiences caring for large groups of children through summer day-camp programs, and experience working with children with ASD! I'm also studying trauma-informed care, so if you are worried about finding someone who understands and has patience, I'm a call away! I'm also CPR and first-aid certified! I'll be attending Case Western's MSW program in the fall of 2024, so sadly I won't be nearly as available after the summer comes to an end. However, I genuinely love the kids I work with and would love to still occasionally babysit after the summer ends!
