About Josephine

I have raised 5 children. I have an AA degree in child development, taught at an early learning center, provided in home childcare. I used my skills to provide a fun, enriching environment. I frequently hosted play groups, including many outings. For 7 years I have been an art instructor for Young Rembrandts teaching kids age 3-10 skills that provide opportunities to explore their creativity. I value positive interactions through creative and imaginative play, story time and age appropriate fine motor skills. Exploring the outdoors with walks, active play encourages kids to learn about the world around them. I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for taking care of children with other families. I believe a good childcare provider is engaged and interactive. My most recent positions are with 2 children age 2 and 4 and 1 child age 3 months
