I'm a retired nurse, mom and grandma. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, joyful, and kind. I like caring for seniors because I was blessed enough to be my parents' caregiver and that brought me a lot of joy. I've also had experience working with seniors in oncology, rehab, and med/surge. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a people person, I am dependable, reliable, and honest. I am compassionate and I think that's why I do the work that I do! My skills include taking initiative in caring for your loved one's hygiene, physical needs and emotional needs. I am focused on maintaining personal care so that your loved one feels their best, even at their worst. I am always punctual and organized. I like to maintain clear notes so that the families I work with know what I assisted their loved one with and what the day consisted of. I am trustworthy and will make sure the families that I work with feel safe and positive about the care I'm providing.
