Joe is kind, thoughtful, proactive, dependable, enthusiastic, accommodating, and caring... Joe was the first person we interviewed over a year ago and frankly, we didn't look any further once we met him. It was apparent his energy, skills and intention were exactly what we were seeking for my dad. My dad had been diagnosed with vascular dementia and needed someone to motivate him, be a companion at times, help keep him as active as possible, drive him to Dr appointments etc. When you need Joe's assistance and you have specific instructions, he has excellent communication skills and repeats them back to you to make sure you both agree what the task at hand is. He brings you peace of mind knowing he is just a phone call or text away. He was there for us all the way to the end of my dad's life and now he continues to support my mom when needed since she doesn't currently drive. We are blessed to have Joe in our lives, our family highly recommends him. Joe is the best!
