About Jorja

Hi my name is Jorja. I am a sophomore at URI studying communicative disorders. I have been babysitting since I was 13, starting with family members and close friends. I come from a large family, therefore I have always been exposed to kids of all ages. Along with babysitting I also have taught swimming lessons with a local swim program in my hometown for many years where I worked with kids ages 2-12. Through this program I have also been RedCross certified. I also taught dance at my studio throughout middle and high school teaching ages 2-18. I understand the value of incorporating education in fun and different ways to children's everyday life. I love exploring different learning techniques with children through creative play and fun activities. I love to show up with exciting games to keep children entertained.
