About Jorge

Hello! My name is Jorge, and I am a university student in Boca Raton, FL. I am majoring in psychology with a minor in biological sciences. I am passionate about mental and behavioral health and hope to continue my educational journey to further my expertise and ability to serve others. I have recent experience as a mental/behavioral technician, which has opened my eyes to the world of service to others. I have had the invaluable opportunity to work directly with people suffering from mental illnesses (mild to severe), neurological disorders like Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, and other debilitating diseases which require a special and individualistic level of care. The clients I have worked with have ranged from young adults to seniors. My favorite part of working as a mental health technician has been the connection I am able to form with clients.
