Jordan is the best! She became my then 1-year old's nanny at a time when there were a lot of changes going on in our lives. My daughter had just turned 1, was super picky about foods, and required someone with empathy, creativity, and a ton of energy to match hers! It usually takes awhile for my daughter to warm up to new people but her and Jordan quickly formed a strong bond. It brought me joy to see someone truly invest in my child in the way she did. In the mornings, after breakfast, you could catch them dancing and singing along to Disney songs or doing arts and crafts. She was proactive about finding fun activities to take her to (whether it was a baby gym class, a museum or petting zoo) and she always sent photo updates throughout the day. Jordan helped my daughter get more comfortable with trying new foods and would look up and try new recipes that snuck in veggies and still tasted good! As a working mom, I needed someone that was punctual, reliable and communicated effectively - Jordan checked all of those boxes. My partner and I have demanding jobs and sincerely appreciated knowing that childcare wasn't something we'd need to worry about and our daughter was safe, thriving and having fun. Our daughter started daycare (which was always our plan even before hiring a nanny and was communicated ahead of time) but we still work with Jordan when we want to have date nights or other things come up. I enthusiastically recommend Jordan; she is a blessing!
