I am currently an autism therapist through another company doing applied behavioral analysis. When I started with my current client, they could not speak, was very violent and did not understand her emotions. Through the last year, she has learned how to speak in conversation, does not hit at all, and expresses her emotions and why she feels that way. She can even read short, simple words. I am currently getting my masters in clinical psychology to study behavior analysis to go even further into the special needs field.
