About Jordan

I'm a passionate educator and creative with a heart to serve and support others as best as I can. I previously served as a highly dedicated and frequently requested long- term substitute teacher, primarily teaching elementary school students. I have a Bachelor of Art's degree in Child and Adolescent Development, a Masters of Science degree in School Counseling, and I utilize my yoga teacher training certification to find ways to integrate mindfulness techniques in my teaching. Although I have worked primarily with elementary school students, I excel in writing and English, and can also provide tutoring services for middle, high school and college students who need help in the areas of writing, crafting personal statements for college/scholarships, etc. I have best been described by peers and colleagues as someone who is patient, caring, resourceful and impactful.
