Hello, My name is Jordan. Last August I decided to pack up my things and move from Iowa for a change of scenery. I spent the last two years working on my master's degree in Family Life Education. I have worked with children of all ages and many that have had behavioral, intellectual, and developmental issues. As a case manager for juveniles and an in-home counselor for a CPS contractor, I was required to complete a number of trainings in regards to child development. I completed my master's program this past August in family life education, where I have also learned skills and knowledge needed for healthy functioning and development. I am registered as a mandatory reporter and have been certified in CPR, First aid, and, trauma informed care. I have my own car with a good driving record and experience of transportation. I have been working service jobs since I relocated which has also required me to have a food handlers certification.

I am confident that Jordan's extra studies getting her Masters degree in Family Science will give her the extra skills, personal qualifications and professionalism to excel in anything she does. I am extremely impressed with Jordan's leap of faith to move from the environment, surroundings and family she was raised in to pursue better options in a larger, new city that is highly competitive in all career paths. Her tenacity to further her education, willingness to take employment outside her field of training, and keep striving for the right opportunities lets me know that Jordan will go above the call of duty. What's more, Jordan's ability to track details, her positive outlook on situations and her ability to ask meaningful questions when she is unsure makes her stand out from other young adults that I have encountered.
