Unreliable. I hate to leave a negative review but I want to save other families from our experience. We had a good phone interview with Jonnae, and she was set to come to our house to meet the kids as a final step of the interview process. She stopped responding to communications, and then 5 minutes before she was supposed to arrive texted and said she couldn't make. After several phone call and text attempts, she finally got back to us, and we arranged for her to come the following day (changing our schedule to accommodate her)...and again, she stopped responding to communications and didn't show up. She never followed up after that. I do not recommend Jonnae if you are looking for someone reliable.
