I love to cook at the age of six my mother always had me in the kitchen with her teaching me everything she knew. I grew up in a Carribean household , learning most of the traditional dishes. As I got older I ventured into cooking more learning various of recipes and cooking with fresh ingredients for a healthy cooking style. My father was diagnosed with high blood pressure and diabetes, which opened up my mind to clean healthy cooking and how to prepare foods without salt or little of and still be full with flavor. I work for a few familes as a personal chef for them and their children and also for special gatherings such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthdays.
