I've been working with kids since I was a kid. I've worked in an after school program with elementary school age kids for a year, a camp in Big Bear for five years with kids ranging from 8-18, and with teenagers in an after school program for four years that I was in when I was in high school. Working with teens is what I do best and it's been the most fulfilling thing I've ever done for work. Helping them develop and come into their own is so rewarding and is something I hope to do for years to come.
