About Laura

My name is Laura, but I prefer to go by Lauralye! I'm 27 years old. I grew up with a very musical family and that involved me dancing for over 10 years as well as participating in school choirs and musical theatre. I started babysitting for people in my neighborhood when I was 10 years old, and the first time I nannied for someone was when I was 12 years old. (I was homeschooled in 6th grade and one of my neighbors had just had a baby and ran her own business so she hired me as a part time nanny.) After that I continued having babysitting as a main source of income and would also sometimes pop by my mom's preschool she ran basically my whole life. In 2022, I nannied for 2 families. One family I nannied for from 9-1 and they had 1 infant, and the second one I nannied I worked 3-6 and they had a 4 and 1-year-old. I took a break from nannying and pursued education where I worked at a Jr. High in their after school program as well as working during the day as a student success coordinator.
