I have a wide range of experiences and interests. I have been a caregiver in this area for the past year and I have enjoyed it! I have volunteered at senior living places in Taiwan and Japan. In Taiwan I would sing songs with the seniors and we would do various activities together. In Japan I volunteered at a senior day home. I would help make meals for the seniors and eat with them and clean up. I really enjoyed being with the seniors. Even though I didn't speak Japanese very well and they didn't speak English very well, we still found ways to communicate and interact and it was so enjoyable to be in their presence. I enjoy working with seniors because they have so many stories to share, and so much wisdom to glean from. I am a great listener. I can speak conversational French. I enjoy doing puzzles, cooking, going for walks, and reading.

Jolynn is a caring, sweet, and helpful caregiver. She has been attentive to my husband, with memory and mobility issues and when he’s resting she helps with household tasks while being respectful of our home. She is a good communicator, trustworthy and I can say nothing but positive things about her.
