About Jolie

I'm currently a freshman college student at Loyola Chicago University and I'm a Nursing nursing major and a psych minor. I am also in the honors program at Loyola and I'm also willing to help kids with homework. I've had about 3 years in total of working in a child care setting. I worked as a lifeguard at Soaring Eagle Waterpark so I am CPR and first aid certified. I also have umpired for third and fourth grade girls softball for 2 years in a row. I grew up playing a lot of sports so I love being active. In high school I babysat occasionally for family friends and family. I'm a very patient and easy-going person and very good at communicating. Also as a lifeguard I've had to enforce a lot of rules for children's safety so I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. My approach to childcare is holistic, focusing on both physical and intellectual development. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games.
