As a childcare provider with over 5 years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and educating children. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural affinity for caring for little ones. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in fostering a collaborative partnership with families, adapting to their preferred communication methods. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I strive to maintain a balance between gentle guidance and upholding a structured environment. My approach focuses on positive reinforcement and age-appropriate explanations. I find immense joy in engaging children through a variety of games, ranging from energetic outdoor sports to stimulating board games and puzzles. I am also currently a grad student studying to be a speech-language pathologist!
