I'd describe my personality as easygoing, organized, and understanding. I like working with kids because it is so important and satisfying knowing I can influence our younger generations mind in a positive manner. I'm looking for a job that offers a safe environment, I also strong believe that forming a relationship with parents can side in a child's ability to feel comfortable and safe with a sitter. I started working with kids at a very young age. I was the cool aunt who kept the kids busy during gatherings and it led me to want to work in childcare. Starting as a teachers aide and ending as a Lead. In my spare time, I like to stay active, tend to our little farm and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am very easy to work with, I'm understanding and communication is a 100% must for me. My skills include teaching practices, meal planning, organization.
