Jolene was with our family for approximately 3 years tending to our 3 boys (Twins had just turned 3 & youngest was 6 months old when she started) We decided to look for a nanny that had already raised children so they would "just get" what needed to be done & that's when we found Jolene. Her duties were waking, dressing & feeding the boys, transporting them to/from preschool, play dates & activities, participating in music or swimming lessons with the youngest, engaging the boys in age appropriate tasks/learning opportunities & playing/reading with the boys daily. We also had her keep the house tidy, do the children's laundry & helping with numerous other tasks associated with the kids. Jolene took a genuine interest in getting to know the boys & they truly loved her. She was strict, but had a warm heart providing them with lots of hugs & positive reinforcement. She was always on time (which is important for working parents), flexible when work circumstances came up, proactive in getting things done around the house & trustworthy. We still use Jolene often for date nights, errands & odd jobs around the house as she is not only great with children, but great at organizing & keeping things tidy. The only reason Jolene is no longer with us full time is because I decided to become a stay at home mom due to increasing travel demands at work.
