Ms. Emmons provided care to my mother-in-law in her home as her physical disabilities increased due to ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). My MIL was a fiercely independent woman, who had lived alone for 40 years; she was extremely stubborn and held strong opinions regarding how she liked things done. Additionally, because of her rapidly declining capacity to independently manage activities of daily living, she was highly anxious and mistrusting. Jolanta won her over literally THE FIRST DAY, with her professionalism, kindness, and obvious competence. This trend only grew with every visit, so that ultimately she was the person my mother-in-law most trusted and , with her, experienced the greatest sense of calm and safety in a very scary time. I would STRONGLY recommend her!
