I'm an experienced childcare provider with a passion for supporting families. My passion for childcare derives from my own journey through motherhood with four children of my own. I realized that I could pass along my experience to positively impact and help families by providing reliable and nurturing care. I practice patience and a friendly approachable personality to easily connect with children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents, and I always prioritize keeping them informed about their child's day and pertinent details. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it be verbal at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I am very comfortable enforcing house rules in a gentle yet firm manner. I participate in interactive play with children either outside or indoors. Every child develops and plays differently according to their environment and I follow their lead with parent guidance. I speak very limited English & mainly Spanish
