About Johanna

Professionally, I hold licensure and registration serve as Registered Dietitician, which was the most recent professional assignment I handled over the last 2 years. As a kitchen and food service manager at a residential treatment center for individuals battling addiction, some form of mental illness, and/ or a positive HIV diagnosis, I managed and supervised the production of necessary nutritional provisions provided for residents, employees, and sometimes off campus clients. I am passionately driven to give all my efforts to whatever tasks assigned to me and I am usually driven by a desire to end with results that exceed expectations. Currently, I am in need of making a few changes in how I bring in household income. As a single and highly independent parent of a child, 8 years of age, having special needs as the result of congenital and developmental deformities (Trisomy 21 & ASD_PDD) I am realizing that my professional endeavors need to be more congruent with the particular demands of parenting my special needs angel. Initially out of high school, I was able to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree, and am hoping to resume efforts to find my place in professional creative employment.
