About Johanna

Currently I am working as a full-time assistant teacher for infants at a private school, Haven, located in Gladstone, NJ. I am seeking occasional babysitting opportunities for evenings and weekends. I have several years of experience with children ranging from infant to 12 years old. I also cared for a very intelligent 17-year-old boy with a pervasive developmental disorder. Previously, I was a privately hired nanny for a wonderful little 8-month-old girl, & at times, her energetic sister (age 3). Before that, I worked as an infant assistant teacher at the Goddard school in Clinton for a year, working with toddlers regularly. Although I love working with all ages, I feel most gratified working with younger ages. It's fascinating to watch them grow and discover things for the first time (and I love to make them giggle!).
