Hello! I'm Joey, and I'm excited to be your dedicated tutor for grades K to 8. With a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, I've had the pleasure of infusing excitement into afterschool programs at Jacob A. Riis Settlement House and various Summer Camps. My passion for fostering a love of learning among young minds goes beyond the typical tutoring experience. Living in Astoria, I'm your go-to person for those spontaneous tutoring needs. Whether it's navigating through homework or diving into exciting math adventures, I've got you covered! On top of my extensive experience working with kids, I bring a strong foundation in mathematics. Having successfully tackled Calculus 1-3, differential equations, and Linear Algebra, I'm well-equipped to make math not just understandable but enjoyable for middle schoolers as well.
