About Joel

My life as a caregiver began with my sister's many health conditions and trips to the hospital. It continued with my mother's diagnosis with cancer, where I stayed with her day and night. I had several friends I cared for in their old age. I worked alongside many wonderful nurses and doctors who told me I should return to school because I had the heart for caregiving and nursing. I am completing a second graduate degree and am looking for a job where I can take the worry out of the family's experience. I can care for the things they can not and bear the struggles they endure with them and remind them they are doing a phenomenal job taking care of their loved one.
