About Joelle

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, go-getter, and warm. I'm looking for a job that will give me more experience in taking care of kids in capacities past just "babysitting", like tutoring/teaching lessons and enrichment activities. I started working with kids when I was in high school as a tutor. In my spare time, I like to read, watch documentaries and paint. One thing you should know about me is that I believe children are smarter than we give them credit for. I always take the time to ask kids to talk about what they mean when they say things or ask why they made a certain action. It's important for me to fully understand a child so I can know how to properly assist them. My skills include diaper changing, homework help and closing out the kitchen (cleaning)!
