I have worked for the past three years as a paraeducator, two of those years strictly with children who have Autism. I am currently in graduate school getting my teaching license in Special Education as well. I really enjoy working with children who have special needs, because you can really see the effect that you can have on their lives, and although it can have its frustrating moments, it is the most rewarding job I have ever had.
