About Joela

As a childcare provider, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My experience as a babysitter has solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I thrive in a creative and imaginative environment, and I am always patient and calm when caring for children. I believe in open communication with parents and provide daily written reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. With two years of experience, I am comfortable caring for up to four children of various age groups, from toddlers to preteens. I am also proficient in English, French, and Chinese. I am happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. My training in Early Childhood Education and coursework in Early Child Development further enhances my skills as a childcare provider.
