I am a 24-year-old student, singer, and dog mom. I absolutely love anything creative, whether it's making music, dancing, crafting, cooking, or playing pretend! I also enjoy spending time hiking, exploring, and swimming in nature. My passion for caregiving started early, as I am the oldest of four and grew up helping to care for my younger siblings. Today I have 10 years of paid babysitting experience and 6 years of professional nanny experience. I have worked with children in a range of ages from infant to 10, including multiples and children with physical and developmental disabilities. I also have two years of medical experience as a CNA, and am CPR and First Aid certified. As a nanny, safety and wellbeing are always my number one priority, but I think my greatest strength is how deeply I connect with children through play. I believe that modeling compassion and joy is the most essential part of raising our future generations. I cannot wait to meet you and your little ones!

Laney is such a sweet soul! She was the first non-family member to watch our son as an infant. I was super nervous to leave him with anyone and she was so sweet and loving with him. He genuinely loved having her come each time and I always felt good knowing he was being cared for so well! She’s easy to work with and takes feedback super well. We only stopped using her because my son is now 2 and ready for some childcare with peers! We still use her for the occasional date night and weekend and my son still asks for her! Definitely snap her up.
